Jacques Haspekian


After he had failed to introduced rugby in Armenia in 50s (his initiative simply was blocked by the soviet armenian government), he moved to Georgia and did a perfect job there. He taught the game to students, managed to launch new teams etc.
Today Georgia's national is 17th rugby team in the world, whereas Armenia is 33rd.
